Because I decided to store Yeller during the winter (to eliminate rust from taking over), I needed a daily driver to tool around in.  I found this truck at a local used car lot and fell in love the moment I saw it.   The truck was in excellent condition, completely rust free, and had a recent original style paint job on it.  I purchased the truck and drove it for a year or so...until the mechanical demons took over.  The carb decided it wanted to take a dive, as did the crappy lock-up transmission (th350c).  Rather than stick a bunch of money I didn't have into it, I decided to sell it to a friend and purchase another car I had my eyes on at the time.  I really regret selling this truck because it was so clean (uncommon up here in MN), but sometimes you learn from your own mistakes.
